In the craniosacral therapy training, it became evident that the Academy of Integrative Body Therapy (IKTA) in Lithuania is distinguished by its quality. Over the course of five days, the repeated emphasis on "connection," "melding," and "listening-following-moving" in the seminar became not only comprehensible but also deeply resonant. This therapeutic approach, which falls under Dr. John E. Upledger's Manual Therapy techniques, focuses on assessing and treating the craniosacral system—a complex network of connective tissues enveloping the brain and spinal cord, along with the related fascial and energetic components.

Initially, delving into the "10-step program" felt akin to navigating unfamiliar terrain, reminiscent of the unsteady footing of a novice surfer. However, as I learned to relax and synchronize with the rhythm of the metaphorical waves, a sense of assurance began to emerge, allowing me to move forward with measured confidence.
