Regular water immersion contributes to their overall well-being, improving cardiovascular function, respiratory health, and metabolism. The water's sensory stimulation activates skin receptors, aiding psychomotor development and facilitating milestones such as sitting, standing, and walking. Furthermore, a strengthened immune system protects them against common colds and viruses.

As a parent, your role as a first teacher and source of joy and support is essential. Approach each water interaction with respect for the water and attentive to your child's needs. Your smile will reflect their excitement, creating a positive environment for their aquatic exploration.
